All invoicing for guide services will be done directly from each tour guide in NOK exempt from VAT.
Payment must be made within 14 days. Late payments will incur interest.
All bookings are made via email or phone, confirmation of a booking will be sendt to the customer from each tour guide.
Bookings that are cancelled more than 48 hours before the agreed time will incur no charges. Bookings that are cancelled less than 48 hours before the agreed time will be charged in full. All cancellations must be made in writing. If the tour guide cancels the booking less than 48 hours before the agreed time, the customer must be notified immediately, and the tour guide will do her utmost to find a replacement. If this is not successful, the booking is cancelled free of charge.
If the booking requires starting or stopping outside the city centre, the tour guide can charge an agreed amount of travel costs.
If the customer is not on time for a booking, the tour guide will wait in the agreed location for one - 1 - hour before the booking is considered cancelled less than 48 hours before (see term 4). The booking will be charged in full. If the customer shows up between 30 minutes and one hour late, the tour guide and the customer must come to an agreement as to whether the booking should be extended or not.
In the event of force majeure the booking will be cancelled free of charge.
The customer is responsible for making sure that the clients are properly dressed and shod for the booking in question. If particular clothing is required, the tour guide will inform the customer of this.
The tour guide cannot be held responsible for injuries or illness that occurs among clients during a booking, but will contribute to the best possible handling of the situation for the client.
The tour guide cannot be held responsible for injuries or illness occurring to clients whilst on tour, but will ensure that the situation is handled in the best possible way for the client.
The tour guide cannot be held responsible for deviations in agreements made between the customer and a third party (bus company, catering, museum or other).
